    3. Why are you here? What are you looking to learn? I am here to advance in my job. They need an individual to support the development team and I have been chosen. I am excited to learn what a CSM does and how I can help the team at my company.
    4. What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? I am just excited to learn that you all have a community/family of individuals with the same goal so we can learn from each other and obtain new ways and ideas from this community to be successful in this career.
    5. And, how did you find us? My company has used you all in the past for others that desired to become a CSM. They loved the class and highly recommended you again when I was looking for a class/training to attend.
