Who are you? – Joel Schaeffer

<div><div>Where are you located? – Northwest Indiana</div><div>
</div><div>Why are you here? What are you looking to learn? – I have spent years supporting business systems. A few years ago I took a course by Matt LeMay based on his book Agile for Everybody where I was first introduced to the Agile Manifesto. Since taking that course my career has shifted toward the product side and have really found a place in helping build some of the best solutions my company can. I’m here for the CSPO course and hope to learn how to handle backlogs and better prioritize for the team as well as fully grasp the PO role to help my product team excel!</div>

<div>What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? – Making connections and having a place of professionals to collaborate with or bounce ideas off. I have a great mentor who went through the CSPO course with @bhartman and pointed me in this direction when we started looking at getting my certification. Looking forward to meeting those who have gone through this certification before and trying to help those who come after me.</div>

<div>And, how did you find us? – My mentor, who has been guiding me and helping me understand the PO role pointed me to Agile for All. Looking forward to starting the CSPO course later this week!</div></div></div>
