Administrator2024-04-12 at 2:32 am in reply to: Agile and Military Leadership Article FeedbackI’d be happy to look at it. I don’t have the military background but I know agile. I might be able to pass on to some of my clients that have the military background as well if you are ok with that.

Administrator2022-08-16 at 8:52 pm in reply to: Scrum Project with defined enddate! Does it work?I’m sure there are other possibilities for what to do. Think about it for a moment. Why does a product backlog exist? How could that help you in this situation?

Administrator2022-08-20 at 10:27 am in reply to: Scrum Project with defined enddate! Does it work?Agility requires thinking. It is not just a set of rules, but a set of values and principles that infer various ways of doing things. You’ve only given one possible approach. Aren’t there other ways to do what you want to do? If so, then all I’m asking you to do is to explore those other possibilities. If you choose not to engage, that’s up to you.

Administrator2022-08-17 at 10:29 am in reply to: Scrum Project with defined enddate! Does it work?I prefer to guide, not give direct answers. I think people learn better that way. Certainly what you suggested in one possible way to do things. What are other things that you can think of? Anyone else can chime in as well. I want this to be a place where people think, so please put forth other possibilities and we can interact around that.
