Hello, my name is Robert Powell and I am SAFe Program Consultant & CSM working in the San Francisco Bay area. I am here to interact with other to continue my learning and hopefully help others as I can. I found this site through a search for discussion points on Agile Principle #7 and found the discussion brief yet enlightening. Looking forward to interacting more!

3. I have been a developer, project manager and most recently Program Manager.
4. I am here to move from a Waterfall/Hybrid mindset to an AGILE mindset.
5. I feel to best gain the knowledge to advance to CAL classes, this particular class I felt was a good introductory class to get ready for them.
6. I am excited that after many, many years of Waterfall, RAD, hybrid development methodologies, AGILE seems to fit our rapidly changing business needs.
7. Our AGILE Coach sent me in your direction as I expressed my desire to become an AGILE Program Manager and eventually a coach.

Hello! My name is Rochelle. I am joining from sunny Florida USA. I would like to learn examples of projects and organisations best suited for Agile, as well as when agile may not be the best approach. I would like to expand my project management skills by putting agile into practice. I heard about the Scrum Alliance from multiple sources, including peers in our PMI UK chapter, and found this forum through the CSM course. Looking forward to the discussions.
