3. I’m a Project Manager working in new product development, and my company is currently in the early stages of an Agile transformation. I’m hoping to expand my knowledge to be a better leader for our organization as we start to integrate Agile elements into our projects.

Hi Peter,
I am Lesley Hardy, a Director of IT Delivery at Fiserv. I am located in Douglasville, GA a suburb of Atlanta. I am here to for updated scrum training in order to get certified. I am looking to learn scrum on a deeper level to help become more agile in infrastructure delivery. I asked one of my team members, Carmen to source training for the team and she recommended Skill Academy. So far it was a great recommendation.

Well, My name is Allan Cesarini, and I work as a Solutions Architect.
I live and work in São Paulo – Brazil.
I am here to get a deeper understanding of the Agile Manifesto and the SCRUM process to get things done with proper teamwork.
I feel that this kind of process, which is focused on getting things done effectively, matches my personality way more than previous project management and strategies.

Allan, it is great to see you here! I was in São Paulo a long time ago for work. I still remember the 7-hour lunch/dinner we had that day! One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten and one of the most productive work lunches at the same time!

Just reading through this thread I can see the diversity of this group so far, both in terms of geography and experience. I’m most excited to see us all come together and bounce ideas off each other, solve issues, make suggestions, teach, and learn.. but mostly just enjoy some good healthy discussion.
