- LaTora Jackson, PMP

- I am here to expand my project knowledge and management beyond a PMP. As I partner more with our IT department, I noticed a structural change to agile and requirements of scrum master and product owners and want to upskill for a success partnership.
- I am most excited about taking a deeper dive in scrum and agile approach to better align with our business strategy and project alignment.

- Giovanna Campoli
- Lake Worth Beach, FL
- Why are you here? What are you looking to learn? I thought I was here to check a box and take a test, but at the end of day 1 I realized I have more that I need to work on beyond the test. Knowing something is not the same as doing something. I noticed some areas where I need improvement and how important the gaps in my knowledge of scrum were and how much it distorts scorm if the team is not helping create code of conductand rules to adhere to.
- What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? I’m most excited about being able to grow in areas I have become stagnant and help other community members maintain the scrum principles
- And, how did you find us? Scrum Alliance and youtube. I searched for the classes that met my budget and date requirements and then went to youtube to find the trainer that I would find most engaging. I picked well!
