Hello, my name is Steve Dourney. I live in Washington, DC. I am taking this course because I learned about Agile methodology (and others) in my graduate coursework, and I’d like to be able to learn more about the scrum framework (and of course become certified). I heard about this course through scrumalliance.org.

Hi All,
This is Unemployed Ross in Golden, Colorado, just saying hello! While the decision to take this course was spurred by a specific potential job opportunity, I’m also glad to get this knowledge for additional professional purposes in a broader sense.
I’m not sure what to anticipate in terms of a community based around this course, but it seems in the least like it will be a good resource and potentially a way to connect with others in my field who are more experienced and who I can learn from, as a new-ish project manager. Having lots of implementation experience in healthcare tech, I’d be happy to share as well.
To answer the last question, the way I found this course was that it was high on the list of results when I googled something like ‘how to get scrum certified’.
Chao!
