- I am a Project Manager and a CSM, currently acting in a PM role with help building out the PMO at our company. I am looking to get a better understanding of the Product Owner R&R so I can be more proactive to ensure I am helping the PO and rest of the Scrum Team to be in the best spot while they work the reviewing/working the backlog, and any support I can provide while they are doing so.
- Continuing to learn and apply best practices and how we can help each other to grow and support one another.
