I’d like to ensure that my foundation is solid and I apply the methodology properly. We’re experiencing some transition and this will enable me to help my company through it.
4. I see the benefits of using Agile and enjoy working with teams. I learn a lot from others’ experiences as well as my own.
5. I had a mentor suggest that I take the CSM class and possibly the CSPO class. Having Bob as my neighbor, I was able to talk to him about my career goals–that made this class an easy decision. 😉

I’m Ellie from Oklahoma, and I’m hoping to start my journey into Scrum. I’ve spent about 3 years in the tech industry, and I’m finally realizing that I’d love to help my team out in a more architectural way. I’m really excited to hear about the knowledge others have learned along the way!

Hi! Steve Guzman here. At work they call me “Guz”.
I am located in north Boulder right near Gunbarrel.
I am applying for a PO position and thought it would be a good idea to get Certified.
Honestly, I’m just getting started. I’m looking for ways to adjust my mindset from tactical to strategic after spending so much time in a technical support capacity.
I found this class because my Engineering Lead recommended I take AgileBob’s class, specifically.-
Hey Steve! It was great to be in class with you last week. I also came out of a tech support role and went through that process of putting down my firefighter hat so I could put on my proactive-problem-solving hat. It’s a mindset shift, for sure. Glad you’re here!
-
Great to meet you as well, Laura! I look forward to seeing how our journey unfolds!

Hello Agile for All community! Excited to be here and work toward my CSPO.<div>
Who are you? – Joel Schaeffer
<div><div>Where are you located? – Northwest Indiana</div><div>
</div><div>Why are you here? What are you looking to learn? – I have spent years supporting business systems. A few years ago I took a course by Matt LeMay based on his book Agile for Everybody where I was first introduced to the Agile Manifesto. Since taking that course my career has shifted toward the product side and have really found a place in helping build some of the best solutions my company can. I’m here for the CSPO course and hope to learn how to handle backlogs and better prioritize for the team as well as fully grasp the PO role to help my product team excel!</div><div>What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? – Making connections and having a place of professionals to collaborate with or bounce ideas off. I have a great mentor who went through the CSPO course with @bhartman and pointed me in this direction when we started looking at getting my certification. Looking forward to meeting those who have gone through this certification before and trying to help those who come after me.</div>
<div>And, how did you find us? – My mentor, who has been guiding me and helping me understand the PO role pointed me to Agile for All. Looking forward to starting the CSPO course later this week!</div></div></div>
