4. The prospect of engaging with seasoned Scrum practitioners and professionals from diverse backgrounds excites me the most. Having spent considerable time in a somewhat insular professional environment, I’m eager to expand my horizons and integrate broader perspectives into my approach.

5. My journey to discovering this community was driven by thorough research and careful consideration. Recognizing the need to step out of my comfort zone, I decided it was time to take the leap.
