    3. Why are you here? What are you looking to learn? I decided to change my career after working in Sales for cloud applications for +8 years. My goal is to build a more meaningful career by helping solve complex problems inside the organization with different teams and be able to use my business development skills. I am looking to learn how to become a real scrum master, how to use the scrum framework, and how to fit into the role for the very first time.
    4. What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? Become part of a global community of SCM to exchange experiences, expand our network, and help take Scrum to more places.
