    3. I have been working as an IT Project Manager at the same company for ten years. I am looking into adopting Scrum, and switching roles to Scrum Master in order to better serve my department and my career.
    4. I am excited to meet a wide array of individuals from across the globe who are united in their goal to implement a common framework. I am interested to hear about what others do in the careers, and about the challenges they have been facing in an ever-changing world.
