    3. I am seeking to learn more about scrum. I want to transition from traditional project management in the construction industry to a more agile approach by becoming a scrum master in the tech industry. I have been listening to podcasts regarding this framework and how effective it is and I want to benefit from it as well.
    4. What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? I am most excited about learning from these experienced coaches. I want to learn the ins and outs of this method.
