I’m here because I’ve been a Product and Program Manager for years, I’d love to see if there is anything I am missing while running different ceremonies and try to get a CSM license.
Meeting any other professionals in the same boat as myself but also just wanting to learn some techniques/strategies I may not be aware of or even just small improvements from how I do things today.
