    3. Why are you here? What are you looking to learn? I am a Business Analyst and have also been our team’s acting Scrum Master. I’m looking to learn more about the Scrum Master role and how I can use this to benefit my team.
    4. What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? I’m excited about learning how to use the Agile model more effectively to benefit my team and organization. I’m also excited about learning in a fun environment.
