3 – I’ve been with the same organization for almost 20 years, wearing multiple hats and I am seeking to increase my knowledge in Scrum as I would like to change my career in the very near future. I am looking forward to learning some great new skills that will help me transition into a new career path.
4 – I am super excited to learn something new and be able to use all these new skills to open myself to new opportunities and experience.
