Who are you?
I’m Rob McDonald, have only been a Scrum Master for a few months but have been on Scrum teams across many industries for about 8 years.Where are you located?
Wellington, New ZealandWhy are you here? What are you looking to learn?
I’m currently in a video games company, mostly focused on games for iOS and Android mobile devices. I’m in a new industry which is typically pretty waterfall/command and control. They have adopted agile and my hope is to connect with others in a similar situation. Though increasingly I see parallel situations with teams across many industries, so I believe I could learn from practitioners anywhere. What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community?
The opportunity to share my experiences, ask questions and learn from othersAnd, how did you find us?

Hey Andy! My wife and I love the Austin area so much, we come down at least once a year.

Hi! My name is Eric Davison, and I am located in Des Moines Iowa. I am working on my CSP-SM and I am aspiring to get my CEC. I would love to learn more about what other people are doing and how they are doing it. I am really looking forward to tapping into the experience that the community has to offer and to offer my own. The company I worked for had Bob come out to Des Moines to put on Scrum Master training. It was really good and then I ran into him at Scrum Gathering a few years ago and it just kinda stuck in my mind, so I came to the site and signed up knowing that there would be good information here!

Hi Everyone!
I am Chris Johnson (no, not the retired football 🏈 player) and I live in Grapevine, TX (just outside of Dallas).
I am here because in two weeks I’ll be taking the leap from developer to solution architect. I’ve worked in Agile and “Agile-like” shops before but want a command of the right way to implement the Agile methodology before beginning my new role.
I’m excited about the opportunity to take the lessons learned throughout this course with me and compare them with how my new team currently implements Agile. I’m sure this will present ample opportunities for me and my team to grow our collective knowledge.
I found out about you through Google while looking for the best Agile course available. I’m glad we connected and look forward to class with @AgileBob!😎

Hey everyone,
My name is Brian, based in Colorado Springs. I’m looking to make a big career change. I’m an independent real estate broker, and prior to that, I ran a photography business. I’m excited to learn as much as I can about being a Scrum Master and Product Owner, but more importantly, how I can use these tools for a life-changing transition in my career. I’ve photographed for Agile for All for several years, and that’s how I found out about the organization. Really excited for the opportunity and looking forward to engaging with the content and community.
