- Who are you? Brittanie Dougherty
- Where are you located? Tulsa, OK
- Why are you here? What are you looking to learn? My role recently evolved from a PO for our FSC Salesforce instance to PO for all marketing platforms. I am hoping to learn how to navigate that to the best of my ability.
- What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? Resources to reference
- And, how did you find us? Searching for December courses.

- My name is Haydon Woodlee and I’m currently a Senior at UT San Antonio majoring in Cybersecurity.
- I live in Fair Oaks Ranch, right outside of San Antonio, TX.
- I’m here because I recently took an Agile project management course in undergrad, and it sparked my interest to learn more about Agile and Scrum. Since I’ll be starting in Cybersecurity GRC at Visa after graduation, I want to build a strong foundation now. These skills translate well in a large corporate tech environment where teamwork, adaptability, and fast, value‑driven delivery are essential.
- I’m excited to apply the methodologies learned from this class/community to my future career in Cybersecurity.
- I heard about Scrum Alliance through my college course, and Bob’s course layout really spoke to me.

Hi everyone! 👋
I’m Steve Gardner from Atlanta, Georgia. After a 35-year run at my last company, I was recently “voluntold” into a new chapter thanks to a downsizing that came along with an acquisition. Life keeps things interesting, right? 😄
I’ve spent about 25 years in IT, with another 10 years before that in field service. For the past five years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with—and lead—fantastic teams of analysts, developers, Scrum Masters, Stakeholders, and other great folks supporting the ServiceNow platform. Along the way, I’ve realized it’s probably time to really understand the finer points of Agile Scrum… instead of relying on experience, instinct, and a lot of creative improvisation. 😂
I’m looking forward to learning together as a community. Most of my work has centered on building software and capabilities that support field technicians, but I’m excited to broaden my perspective and explore how Agile Scrum can be applied beyond traditional software development.
I found AgileForAll through the Scrum Alliance website, saw Bob—with his legendary white beard full of wisdom and fun—and immediately thought, “Yep, I can relate.” He seems to have a great personality, so here I am, ready to learn, share, and enjoy the journey!

Hello Everyone, my name is Joel Carter. I work for a finance and accounting firm and I am currently living in northeast Ohio.
My company is transitioning multiple finance and accounting systems from the waterfall methodology of project management over to agile. I completed my PMP around 8-9 years ago, so agile was becoming prevalent, but our systems were still in waterfall, so that’s where I focused my energy. As we transition into agile, I will be filling the Product Owner role, so hoping to understand how I can best support the scrum team. I found this training through a Google search.

- I’m Tim Leonard, a software engineer at BetterHelp.
- I live in Philadelphia, PA, where I am licking my wounds after the Eagles loss.
- I want to improve my understanding of Agile and Scrum to help my team update current approaches and adopt new processes.
- I’m excited to be part of a cohort that is also in the process of discovering Agile. In my experience, Agile works best when it’s part of a feedback loop so I’m looking forward to hearing about others’ experiences.
- My manager recommended me for this course.

- Karl Phillips – Software Engineering Manager
- Charlotte, NC
- Our team has recently transition from a Kanban process to SCRUM. While I have experience of SCRUM all the way back in 2003 (not all good), I want to take a fresh look and gain more understanding of how to support the team and transition.
- Gain some different perspectives to understand the issues we are all trying to solve.
