Hello! My name is Chad Bowman, I live with my wife and one of our six children in Colorado Springs CO. I love to explore the surrounding area, hike in the mountains and check out new wineries and breweries.
I have worked in Technology, Software and/or Consulting for the last 29 years. I was first exposed to Agile/Scrum in 2012 and have worked with it ever since. I am here to support our organization as we evolve and begin to implement some of the Agile philosophy into how we innovate, respond to change and support our community. I am most excited to see how we can utilize these tools and processes to provide a foundation for growth and exceptional service. I heard about Agile For All from a colleague.

Hi everyone! I’m Saad Karimullah.
I’m based in Fredericksburg, VA.
I’m here to deepen my understanding of Agile principles and learn how to apply them more effectively in real-world startup environments. I’m especially interested in improving team collaboration, product delivery, and personal productivity through Agile practices.
What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? I’m most excited about connecting with like-minded professionals who are passionate about continuous improvement. I’m looking forward to exchanging ideas, learning from others’ experiences, and contributing to a community that values growth, innovation, and adaptability.
And, how did you find us? I came across Agile For All while searching for communities focused on practical Agile learning and coaching. The positive reviews and active discussions caught my attention, so I knew this was the right place to get involved!
