Hi
I’m Janko Boehm, located in Germany. I’m in the agile sphere fore almost 12 years – focused on the scrum master topics. Now I want to make the step towards the product side and stepped into that course.
I do have my own business – coaching organizations and mostly development teams ; I was already a software dev by my own.
I will join from the CET time zone – so the course will be late for me. I start at 3pm at the afternoon.
I’m looking forward – lets rock

I have been considering the ScrumMaster certification for awhile but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. A Hiring Manager’s LinkedIn profile showed that she has the CSPO certification which I researched and decided that is what I am looking for. I think the skills I have in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization will compliment the CSPO well and make me a marketable candidate. Real life examples of applying the techniques from this course are what I am looking for from the community. I researched the instructors and liked Bob’s method of delivery and that he taught people at familiar corporations.

I’m Rosemary MacCallum – If you get to know me you’ll soon learn that one of my pet peeves is systems that don’t allow me to capitalize the 2nd C.
I live in Marietta, GA, which is in the northern part of the Atlanta metro region.
I’m here to learn about being a Product Owner. I was thrust into the position just over 2 years ago, and I found that I really like it. I’ve always played well in that weird space of being the grease between the dual cogs of tech and business. It sounds like this is an opportunity for me to get better at that role.
I don’t know that I am excited about anything in terms of ‘our’ growing community. I think it’s a bit presumptuous to assume that I have decided to join this community as an opening question. After all, I’m the newbie and I don’t know y’all. I might be just passin’ though.
I heard about the course because it was posted on the CFA DTT Connect Digital Upskilling page.

Hey y’all!
- Le Watts – technical program (kind of like “product”) lead for our Data Consumption Program and I work with analytics visualization platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Newnan, GA. A small town suburb south of Atlanta
- I’m here to learn more about agile ways of working and product ownership.
- Learning new things, gaining interesting perspectives from people outside my company (and inside!), and understanding what it takes to be a good product owner in an agile world.
- My department offered it and seemed like the perfect opportunity at the perfect time.

1. Jon Kirby
2. Edmonton, AB, Canada
3. I am a product owner for a government grant management system update based on new policy and want to learn all about being a product owner and the world of agile!
4. Listening to and learning from folks around the world about their experiences in different industries and roles.
5. Good ol’ Google search, landing on the ScrumAliance.org website.
