Would be great to see real life examples of success, in particular where people have innovated/improved … continual service ideas in particular round service management / ITIL processes. People always ask for it but… not as easy as it sounds… not adverse to “stealing” good ideas.

- Hi All! I’m Blain Crawford
- I’m originally from Tipton, IN but I now reside right on the outskirts of Boston, MA in a town called Watertown.
- I work for a company named Pega Systems. Recently I was offered a position as a Scrum Master after working for the company as a software developer for 2.5 years. I’m beginning to work on Agile themed trainings from the team level and above, all the way to leadership level. This will be my first official Scrum Master role, so I am here to soak up all I can learn from the course.
- I have a degree in Music Production and Engineering, as well as Jazz composition and have a professional background in project management, music production, performance, Audio Engineering, as well as software engineering. I am most excited to meet others like myself who have grown in many different ways in life, yet have found a love for the work we do as Scrum Masters! I believe in many different backgrounds and perspectives all adding to the greater knowledge base from which we can learn!
- My manager and colleagues have all used Agile For All as a learning platform for various certifications and suggested this course to me.

My name is Tony Constabile. I am located in a small town in North Georgia, Cleveland, GA I am here at the recommendation of many of my colleagues.
I hope to learn about and become a certified SCRUM Master. Sounds like a “canned” response but I promise I wrote it.
What are you the most excited about in terms of our growing community? Alway excited to learn a new skill and add to a growing community. I learned of this class through Colleagues at work!
