- In my experience, the adoption of Agile methodologies necessarily requires more collaboration and a flattening of team structure. As someone who likes structure, but does not like being bossed around, it only makes sense to join in and keep transforming team cultures.

- I have been in the public education arena in various roles for 18 years, and I see strong parallels between the skills I use in education and those needed in Scrum. I began networking with people outside of education and was introduced to Agile and Scrum frameworks, which closely align with my personal approach to leadership and teaching styles.
