After working in IT for 20 years and helping others with their Agile transformations, I am re-focusing on helping agile coaches continue to evolve their personal leadership in order to help their teams/clients/stakeholders truly become agile, real agile!

(1) I am Amanda Clear. (2) I am located near Pittsburgh, PA.
(3 )I am here to learn more about Agile as my company utilizes this framework for IT development work. I am on the Business Operations Team and our team would like to become experts in Agile to use it across all projects, not just IT ones. On an individual professional note, I am curious about how Agile may intertwine with the I/O psychology world.
