I’d agree with both Testable and Valuable are measures of ‘working’. I would like to add Maintainable, Scalable, etc.; i.e. the ‘Ilities’ that can often go to the way side in the rush to deliver in an agile fashion.

I’ve seen many a team sacrifice cross functionality, CI/CD automation, and various other practices in the name of getting working software in front of the key stakeholder. Working software must work now and into the future by supporting the ‘ilities’ or I feel we are missing the intent of agility.
