Agile Principles
Repetition is critical to creating a shared understanding around what to build and why. The best execution of this is through user story grooming. You get the best results when the team reviews the SAME story multiple times (3+ times ideal, but 2 times at the very least.) Each time you look at the story together allows you to think, or re-think, how you would solve the problem, and inevitably raises additional items for consideration that you wouldn’t have otherwise been able to discuss if you are seeing the story for the first time in sprint planning. Groom, groom, groom. And do it together, not in silos.
