									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Does anybody have a good resource for setting up the &#8220;penny game&#8221; or some other exercise to demonstrate the value of small batch processes?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m hoping to set up something with our leadership group and having trouble remembering the specifics. </p>
<p>We also did a triangle exercise that was really great in the CSM course, but again my memory is failing me &#x1f643;</p>
