Not so long ago, Agile classes such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) could only be delivered in a face-to-face, in-person format. COVID-19 came and suddenly in-person classes were postponed due to safety concerns and the Scrum Alliance made the exception to offer virtual versions of these classes for the duration of the pandemic.
Agile For All has been offering virtual courses through a mix of on-demand and live online for quite a while, but I was still hesitant to go virtual – I’ve loved and thrived in the in-person experience and all the classroom activities that have been designed over the years. I worried that the class experience wouldn’t be sufficiently interactive and that people couldn’t focus well enough to learn in that environment.
