Working in small increments of value—good user stories—is the key habit that makes the rest of Agile Software Development work. But people everywhere struggle to learn how to do it (which is why I’ve been writing and speaking on the topic for the past 12 years).

My popular How to Split a User Story flowchart is already available in French, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Hungarian and Polish. Now, thanks to translation help from Daniel Wildt & Vinicius Pessoni, we can also offer this resource in Brazilian Português.
