<p>we have software project which should ends in this year else it will be almost &#8220;useless&#8221;. As i know in Agile the enddate will never be defined in this way. but it is the first request of our Customer! Should we plan the project to the end! and calculate the Stories in relation to the Velocity backwards like in the waterfall Model? is&hellip;</p>
